  • check mark icon Vacant Land: 10, 15, 20 year fixed rate or adjustable rate.
  • check mark icon Rural Development: Zero percent down payment, 680 credit score, 30 year fixed only. Your income and property must meet Rural Development Requirements.
  • check mark icon Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM): 30-year amortization with adjustment periods through out the loan.
  • check mark icon Home Equity and Line of Credit: Use your home as collateral to obtain an open line of credit with a 5 year draw period. After 5 years, you will need to go into repayment or renew/extend the draw period. Offer 5 & 10 year fixed rate.
