  • check mark icon Vacant Land: 10, 15, 20 year fixed rate or adjustable rate.
  • check mark icon Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM): 30-year amortization with adjustment periods through out the loan.
  • check mark icon Home Equity and Line of Credit: Use your home as collateral to obtain an open line of credit with a 5-year draw period. After 5 years, you will need to go into repayment or renew/extend the draw period. Offer 5 & 10-year fixed rate.
  • check mark icon MSHDA: 30-year mortgage with up to $10,000 down payment assistance.
  • check mark icon Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac: 10–30-year mortgage term. Allows borrowers to have a down payment as low as 3%.
